A LOT has happened in 2016. Brexit, the death of multiple entertainment heros, terror attacks and a change of prime minister. HOWEVER, if I was going to choose one way to remember 2016, these trainers would be it. A nice little antidote to the miles covered by athletic geniuses in the Rio Olympics.
Designed by Mo Farah, these Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 33 iD are perfect in EVERY way imaginable for me.
- I injure quite easily, and since running in the Zoom Pegasus models I have had zero problems.
- JUST LOOK AT THEM! The black and gold contrast is right up my street. Black goes with everything, gold makes you feel just a teensy bit glitzy when you run. In my eyes, there’s nothing to fault.
- You can feel endorsed by Mo himself every time you take yourself out for a little jog.
At only £125, I don’t think these are too overpriced for a shoe which has been “designed” by an absolute running hero. You can get them in either black or white but these can be fully customised to combine a mix of the two – even bringing in more colours if you want.
So for those who have to opt for the ultra-responsive cushioning and supportive options (like me) then these are probably the most aesthetically pleasing pair I’ve seen in a long long while.
